“If you walk into the future, walk in beauty.”
Earth Wisdom Of The Navajo
I am an artist, rooted in a biophilic practice, offering design services in architecture, interior design and landscape design for nature-oriented people.

EVOLVE Inside + Outside is grounded in the values of a natural paradigm: abundance, community, collaboration, trust, resiliency and curiosity—all in service to the Living World.
My work thrives at the intersection of several fields of knowledge—an approach uniquely suited to the complexity of both our built and natural environments.
As a polymath and an artist, I draw from a wide spectrum of disciplines to reveal connections that others overlook, allowing me to serve each project’s highest purpose.
Conventional design is fragmented, focusing downstream on fixing problems. Through EVOLVE Inside + Outside, we focus upstream—the way we live, think, and design. Seeing potential over problems allows for greater creative freedom.
Moving towards a regenerative design practice takes time.
With several decades of architecture & interior design practice, a strong foundation in visual arts including 8 years of exhibitions, and over a decade as a successful real estate professional, my entire career has been a journey of discovery.

Credentials
For an artist, learning is a lifelong practice. For a polymath, it is the art itself.
My work continues to evolve alongside my understanding of our environment and ecology. As human beings, we are a keystone species in regenerating our Living World, and I strive to embrace this responsibility in everything that I do.
Outside of work, I am a volunteer Manager at the local Community Garden. I love to grow food and prepare delicious meals, practice Yoga, make artwork, read voraciously, visit art museums and galleries, go for walks on the beach or hikes in the dunes with my husband and our dog, Bella.

A Love Story
During the pandemic, my spouse and I travelled to the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California. Here we experienced the majesty of the great sequoias and redwoods, mountains and meadows, lakes, streams and waterfalls, giant moose and bears, the scent of native flowers, the feelings of selflessness in the grand scale. We were in awe.
That profound experience reawakened something I had felt deeply as a child, but lost as I grew up—my innate love for Nature.
If people could experience what I’ve experienced, and feel what I’ve felt, they too could learn to love Nature. And, if they loved it, they might want to save it!
This became the catalyst for EVOLVE Inside + Outside. To start a Biophilic Design business with the conviction that beauty and biophilia can reconnect people to place and Nature, leading to their own health and happiness.
